ThermTech Tour

TDMAW Partner, ThermTech Heat Treating Specialists, invite you to tour their two Waukesha facilities.

The tour will begin at the Pearl Street facility where we will learn about salt processes, austempering and marquenching, and will see the brand new aluminum solution annealing and aging cell.  Next our group will move to the Travis Lane facility, where we will be guided through ThermTech's operations processes, such as carburizing, quench & temper, flame hardening and vacuum hardening.  Afterwards we will enjoy pizza and drinks on the ThermTech mezzanine, where you will have the opportunity to network with Thermtech and your fellow TDMAW members.

Important Information

• The tour begins at 4:30 PM at 1511 Pearl Street, Waukesha.
• The tour will end at 301 Travis Lane, Waukesha.
• ThermTech will be raffling off several fun prizes!
• All proceeds will go towards supporting the TDMAW Forward Foundation, a charitable organization with the mission of advancing manufacturing and manufacturing education through grants and scholarships.
• Cost to attend: $20 per person
• Space is limited to 48 people, with no more than 3 from a company, so register early!
