Events Committee
These committees are each focused on a particular social event. Working with the Executive Secretary,
they plan the place, travel, schedule, and activities-all within budget.

This committee meets 2-3 times a year, or as needed.
Attendance is limited to owners, co-owners and designated representatives of member companies in
good standing. Guest reservations may also be available to designated representatives, stockholders,
supervisory personnel and Group Buying Partners. Eligibility to attend will be strictly enforced. Deposits
for all reservations are required (including the "dinner only" option).
